Educational resources are an essential component of the mission of PCSK9 Forum to increase awareness and understanding of PCSK9 science and therapeutics.

PCSK9 Forum has recently launched a series of educational slide decks analysing key results from important trials with monoclonal antibodies to inhibit PCSK9. In the next series of slide decks, the focus is on an alternative approach to PCSK9 inhibition: inclisiran, a small interfering RNA therapeutic that specifically inhibits intracellular PCSK9 synthesis in hepatocytes.

This deck discusses current approaches to PCSK9 inhibition and how inclisiran differs.

This deck will bring clinicians up to date with results from phase II/III trials in the ORION program with inclisiran.
